19th century French walnut chest of drawers with marble top has five working drawers. Beautiful bronze hardware and decorative escutcheons with aged patina. There are two working keys for this chest, the one key locks the top drawers and second drawers, and the second key locks the bottom two drawers. The locking mechanisms work perfectly. The marble top is removable, original to the piece, it does have a small chip to the bottom underside right corner as shown in our photo. Solid and sturdy, this piece can be used for everyday. Condition: Good. Wear consistent with age and use.
