How do I return an item

Yes, Interior designers and members of the trade are a very important to us. We strongly believe in developing a long lasting partnership with our trade members and do what we can to support them in their projects. To become a member of our trade program, complete the form here.

Given the nature of our products, we can not hold a product.

Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow 3 business days to process your order. All in-stock, non-furniture orders are shipped via UPS. The pricing for your shipment is quoted at checkout.

In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. For more shipping info click here.

Your order will show a UPS tracking number located in your order profile.

Each product has specific care instructions. Please refer to the product page for specific instructions for cleaning & storage.

If an item is backordered, the estimated date of restock will display per item under the ‘add to cart’ button on each product page. These dates are estimates and are subject to change. Estimated backorder dates do not reflect shipping and processing time. Once an item is back in stock, it will ship within 2-8 weeks .

We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations as long as your order has not shipped. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@bloomhomeinc.com or call us at (714) 203-1013 within 24 hours for assistance.
