Shipping Policy

GENERAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states and Canada. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value.

Once an item leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible or liable for damages made during transit. You will need to file an insurance claim with the carrier. You will be responsible for submitting any photos, signed delivery receipt stating damages etc. Upon delivery if damages occur to the item or home, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier that damaged the item or made damages to the home. Upon checkout through our bloom home inc website you are agreeing to such terms, and do not hold bloom home inc responsible.

MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Please ensure that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. All items being shipped to a receiving warehouse must be inspected upon receipt. Should your shipment incur any damages or defects, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.

FURNITURE DELIVERIES:
Furniture is not available to ship to Hawaii. Please call for a quote to ship to Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may occur when shipping furniture items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, MA, KS, FL, MI, ID. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to finalize a delivery window. Most deliveries occur Monday through Friday between 9-5pm. Rural areas may have reduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual.

Most furniture and oversized items will be delivered to your room of choice. we make every effort to offer white glove delivery in most instances; however, it is not a guarantee. White glove delivery includes a two-man delivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. For ease of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for placement of your order prior to delivery.

Any deliveries requiring stairs, freight elevators, Certificate of Insurance will be an additional shipping fee. We will need the address of delivery in order to quote a rate. Our shipping fees posted at checkout are a general delivery, and usually are a drop off service, or inside the home, excluding stairs, elevators and COI. We use 3rd party services for most deliveries, and they will not be able to move any existing furniture from your home, including moving any furniture or items to make our specific delivery inside the home if we do not have access to place the item in the area of choice. This will be your responsibility.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Bloom Home Inc. will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit in the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 30% restocking fee for the returned item pending approval from Bloom Home Inc, in addition to any return shipping costs. If a return is approved, furniture must be in its original packaging. All items must be inspected upon delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. A bill of lading must be signed and serves as confirmation that the order has been inspected and approved. Any damage discovered must be noted on the bill of lading. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS:
Certain items including furniture, art, lighting, accessories, decor, and more may be available as a ‘ready to ship’ items. This means that items will be packaged for shipping within 2-4 weeks of your order date and leave our facility within that timeframe. The 2-4 week timeline for order preparation does not include transit time, which can take an additional 1-3 weeks. Lead times and ready to ship items are updated as frequently as possible to most accurately reflect the current availability of our products. Please note all lead times are subject to change and are estimates. Custom Made items and items that display a back order date are not considered ‘ready to ship’.

LOCAL DELIVERY:
Local delivery is available within the Orange County & Los Angeles area. This service is available in a 50 mile radius from 92821 incurring a flat rate of $200 + depending of quantity of furnishings.

1- DAY DELIVERY:
We offer 1- day delivery for a fee. This is only for local delivery within 50 miles of 92821, regular shipping rates will apply with a next day delivery fee of $200.

IN-STORE PICKUP:
In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. All items must be in stock in order to check out with in store pickup.
