Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF SALE:  All items must be paid in full at the time of order.  Bloom Home Inc. will accept cancellations on orders if it has not shipped from our warehouse. A cancellation will reflect a 15% fee.  If an item is refused, and returned to us, this item will incur a 30% restocking fee, and you will responsible for all shipping charges, both to your home, and returning to our warehouse.  For bedding, and small accent pieces, some items may not be in stock. We will notify you when an item is on back order. 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All Antiques are a final sale, no exchange or returns allowed. For pillows, throws, and bedding all original packaging must be returned and items must be unused. If an item has been removed from it’s packaging, it is non returnable. You can contact our customer service team at¬†info@bloomhomeinc.com or call us at 714.600.8971. Returns must be made within 2 days after receiving the item(s). After this 2 day window, we consider the item(s) to be used and therefore can not accept any returns. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. After Bloom Home Inc has received your item, please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
 
Bedding can be exchanged if an item is damaged, for the exact same item.
 
CUSTOM ORDERS:  Custom orders are considered final sale, no changes, or cancelations can be made 24hours after order has been submitted. 
 
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:  For any items that are lost or damaged during transit is not the responsibility of Bloom Home Inc. An insurance claim must be filed within 3 business days upon delivery. All claims will be paid directly through the shipping company directly to you, the receiving party. 
 
Insurance claims may require a $500 deductible depending on the total amount insured. If damages are appraised to be less than $500, Bloom Home will contribute 50% of the deductible.  Please allow up to 60 days for an insurance claim to be settled once filed. The shipping company has the right to repair and may not reimburse for full invoice amount. 
 
ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS:  All antiques are one of a kind, and any flaws or repairs will be noted in the description.  Our antiques have a distressed quality, some paint may be chipped, scuffed, or peeling, as this is the look of the antique.  Each item is custom finished, and each piece will never be the same as all finishes are applied by hand by our local artisan.  There may be information on our site that include inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.  We reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies including after an order has been submitted.
 
 
UPHOLSTERY:  We use linens, linen blends, and canvas to reupholster our items.  If you would like to receive a swatch you can purchase them under our fabrics page.  Please note that each fabric roll can be from a slightly different dye lot.  
 
MEASUREMENTS OF PRODUCTS: Our items are measured and given fully in each description.  Please measure your room to make sure all furnishing will fit into the home, through the door etc.  We are not responsible for items that will not fit through a doorway, or up the stairs.  
 
SHIPPING:  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, you will need to provide us with your zip code in order for us to quote you exact charges. 
 
Shipping prices are for standard US Continental addresses. If this item requires special handing, there will be additional fees. This includes: tolls, ferry, bridges, and/or additional cost postage. 
 
Our website provides shipping quotes to your delivery location. We try to keep this shipping quote accurate, however, due to the increase in gas prices, additional shipping fess may occur.  
 
We offer 2 delivery options:  
     1. Freight Delivery. Our shipping charges include front door freight only. The items will be delivered to your curbside. You will be responsible to discard any wrappings, crates, etc.  
 
    2. White Glove-Full Delivery Service. This includes inside the home delivery, set up and all trash, wrappings will be discarded for you. This also includes upstairs delivery. Our White Glove Delivery Service is additional fee and is not included in your purchase. If you would like to use our White Glove Delivery service, please email us at info@bloomhomeinc.com. 
 
Both delivery methods will be fully insured. Please allow 2-4 weeks before your items are shipped out. All antique furnishings in stock will be shipped out as soon as possible.

60 to 90 days – 15% fee
 
SECURITY:  Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

The entire content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images is copyrighted as a collective work under United States and international copyright laws, and is the property of the Company. The collective work includes works that are licensed to the Company. Any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this Website is strictly prohibited, unless authorized in writing by the Company.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions. 

Trade Application

Our Trade Program is open to all verified professional interior designers, brick and mortar stores, and architects. To apply, complete the form below and send your Resale license to our email info@bloomhomeinc.com. Once logged in, you will automatically see wholesale/trade pricing.

A minimum opening order for trade accounts is $1000, with a yearly reorder of $5,000 on your account to keep active. If you hit the $5,000 yearly your account will remain active and not require an opening order for the next year(s).
