Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF SALE:  All items must be paid in full at the time of order.  Full Bloom Cottage will accept cancellations on orders if it has not shipped from our warehouse.    A cancellation will reflect a 15% fee.  If an item is refused, and returned to us, this item will incur a 30% restocking fee, and you will responsible for all shipping charges, both to your home, and returning to our warehouse.  For bedding, and small accent pieces, some items may not be in stock, please allow 1-2 weeks if items are not in stock.  We will notify you when an item is on back order.  You may reserve the right to cancel an item if it is not in stock.
 
 
LAYAWAY POLICY:  We offer a standard 30 day layaway, this will include a 10% fee.  We require a 20% deposit at the time of order.  Our extended layaway (60 days) will incur a 15% fee, and 20% deposit.  All layaway fees are non-refundable.
 
ANTIQUE & VINTAGE ITEMS:  All antiques are one of a kind, and any flaws or repairs will be noted in the description.  Our antiques have a distressed quality, some paint may be chipped, scuffed, or peeling, as this is the look of the antique.  Each item is custom finished, and each piece will never be the same as all finishes are applied by hand by our local artisan.  There may be information on our site that include inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.  We reserve the right to correct these inaccuracies including after an order has been submitted.
 
 
UPHOLSTERY:  We use linens, linen blends, and canvas to reupholster our items.  If you would like to receive a swatch you can purchase them under our fabrics page.  Please note that each fabric roll can be from a slightly different dye lot.  
 
 
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:  All Antiques are a final sale, no exchange or returns allowed.  Bedding can be exchanged if an item is damaged, for the exact same item.  All original packaging must be returned and items must be unused.  You can contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 714.600.8971. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.  
 
REFUNDS:  Any damaged or defective items will be refunded, or a credit for replacement can be issued.
 

SECURITY:  Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our SSL software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

SHIPPING:  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, you will need to provide us with your zip code in order for us to quote you exact charges.  We offer 2 delivery options.  The first is curbside freight delivery.  The items will be delivered to your curbside.  You will be responsible to discard any wrappings, crates, etc.  Full Service Delivery is a white glove delivery service, this includes inside the home delivery, set up and all trash, wrappings to be discarded for you.
Both delivery methods will be fully insured.   Please allow 3-5 business days for before your items are shipped out, shipping is between 10 – 21 business days.  
All antique furnishings in stock will be shipped out as soon as possible.  
 
MEASUREMENTS OF PRODUCTS: Our items are measured and given fully in each description.  Please measure your room to make sure all furnishing will fit into the home, through the door etc.  We are not responsible for items that will not fit through a doorway, or up the stairs.

Please do not copy images or content found on the website. The entire content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, and images is copyrighted as a collective work under United States and international copyright laws, and is the property of the Company. The collective work includes works that are licensed to the Company. Any use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this Website is strictly prohibited, unless authorized in writing by the Company.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
