Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, we accept returns on select items within 5 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 5th day to be eligible for a refund. Please visit our Returns page to begin a return for your order.

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Bloom Home Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All custom made items are final sale, vintage furniture, artwork, and chandeliers cannot be returned.

In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee. All credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card.

Textile Returns will not be accepted is plastic packaging is opened. No exceptions. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. The request to return form must be filled out and emailed to info@bloomhomeinc.com to receive an RMA #. Returns of opened packages will incur a 30% restocking fee. All return requests after 7 days will not be accepted. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility, if you need a label we will be happy to provide one for you, please use original box, a fee of $35 will be deducted from the return.

Furniture Returns are considered a final sale, and can not be returned. Once an item(s) leave our facility, if damages occur during transit, this will be fully refunded by the insurance company and can take up to 75 days for the refund. The insurance company reserves the right to repair or replace.
