We ship throughout the 48 contiguous United States. In-stock parcel orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays.
Shipping rates are based on the original retail order value. Additional charges may apply based on location, size, and delivery requirements. Carrier damage or loss should be reported promptly, and Bloom Home can assist with supporting documentation when available.
Standard furniture delivery includes drop-off service only. Delivery is generally scheduled Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM, subject to carrier availability.
White-glove service may be quoted separately and, when available, includes two-person delivery, placement in your room of choice, and packaging removal. It does not include moving existing furniture.
Stairs, elevators, Certificates of Insurance, and special access requirements may incur additional charges. Please measure all entryways before ordering.
Approved returns for furniture that cannot fit may incur a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping. Custom and made-to-order items are nonreturnable.
Hawaii furniture shipping requires a separate quote; select states and remote locations may incur additional charges.
Inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery, including shipments to receiving warehouses. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing.
Photograph the merchandise and packaging and contact claims@bloomhomeinc.com within 48 hours. Include your order number, five detailed photographs, a description of the concern, and the delivery date. Claims after 48 hours are subject to review.
Ready-to-ship items typically require 1–2 weeks for preparation and packaging, followed by approximately 1–4 weeks of transit time.
All timelines are estimates and subject to change. Custom, made-to-order, and backordered items are not included in our ready-to-ship category.
Local delivery is available in select Orange County and Los Angeles areas, generally within a 50-mile radius. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional $200 fee plus standard delivery charges, subject to location, scheduling, and availability.
Pickup is available for select in-stock merchandise. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
