A few issues with the postal service, but Loretta was immediate to answer my concerns, and to send out this item again if it was needed. The post office finally came through, told me they were having problems and my item arrived. Love it and the awesome attention Loretta gave. VERY HAPPY Customer and will always order from this company again. My pillow cover is gorgeous and packed safely to arrive in pristine condition. Thanks Loretta!
